Au revoir Barcelona, HELLO Casablanca!
Our last day in Barcelona was a bittersweet one at that. We loved the gorgeous city and leaving was a little disheartening, though without a doubt we are eager to begin our Moroccan adventures. Anya, Julia and myself spent the day walking through Barcelona and eating the most delicious, authentic paella. After munching on our last meal here, we headed to the airport and flew off to Africa! Arriving in Casablanca in the late evening, we were introduced to a different culture and way of life. We took the train and then a short taxi to our hotel and spent the rest of the evening relaxing in our beautiful, authentic Moroccan styled hotel and watching some American television finally! (We miss TV!)
