Today we took a break from all the sight seeing and enjoyed ourselves at the beach. The beach is quite something. It's a really long strip and its FULL of people; a great place to people watch. One thing we noticed about Barcelona (and Spain in general) is that the people here are beautiful and most of them are very fit and healthy looking, even the older ones. The beach itself is questionable, the sand is very dusty and the water is pretty dirty; there's a lot of garbage floating in it. They also have a lot of cool things to do and see: tons of nice restaurants/bars/cafes, all kinds of gyms, random art sculptures . Overall it's a very fun experience. We tanned, swam for a bit, and called it a day!
